Diva's Headquarters offers 3 shipping methods within the US.
- Flat Rate 2-5 business day $6.95 and FREE if you spend over $50 - you must spend more than $50 including discount.
- UPS 2 Day is calculated in your shopping cart. You are provided delivery dates and cost prior to checkout.
- UPS Overnight Express is calculated in your shopping cart. You are provided delivery dates and cost prior to checkout.
Shipping time frames update daily at 4:30 pm Pacific Time. The website is live and will update the transit time depending on when you complete your order. We provide the delivery date(s) and calendar date to assist customers to select the best method for your needs.
- UPS Shipping Methods can only ship to a physical address and not a PO Box.
- USPS/US Mail is the only shipping method to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, & Guam. Also, APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are only shipped Priority Mail.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- UPS International Expedited: International Expedited shipping averages 2 to 5 business days. You will receive a tracking number. The cost for the UPS method is calculated in your shopping cart. You are provided with delivery dates and cost prior to checkout.
- Flat Rate International: Flat rate shipping costs $24.95 and takes an average of 10 to 16 business days (not guaranteed), depending on customs and your local mail service. Flat rate is shipped through the US Postal Service. This mail service is a cost-effective postal method that has no tracking available.
We currently do not offer Free International Shipping.
